Jasmine tea is one of the most pleasant tasting green teas available on the market. On the nose the dry tea has a floral bouquet, which literally causes your senses to come alive with pleasant thoughts. The flavour is enhanced with the addition of jasmine blossoms which give the tea a visual appeal few other teas are capable of copying.

A very fine and light oolong tea. A specialty of the Fujian province of China. So light it is almost like a white tea. The tea is hand rolled and is very delicate.

King of Jasmine  how to brew? Here are several tips for you to get the most from your Jasmine Flower Tea:
Use 0.5 - 1 teaspoon per cup, infuser, filter or teapot. Switch the kettle off, before water boils (about 80oC). Add the hot, but not boiling, water and infuse for 2-4 minutes. Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.

Leaves can be used repeatedly until the flavour of the tea is exhausted

Using hot water to pre-warm your cup and utensils for brewing not only clears away any dirt or flavors from previous teas brewed, but it also keeps the tea at an ideal temperature.
Washing or rinsing your tea leaves before brewing can remove any impurities so that you can enjoy the pure authentic flavor of the tea.
