Madagascar vanilla pods. 
Vanilla has unique properties. It retains pure bourbon vanilla flavor very well. Unlike vanilla extract, vanilla pod contains no alcohol. Because our vanilla has no added sugar, it works well for diabetics and those who are avoiding sugar, starch and carbohydrates. Our vanilla is the rich, brown color of vanilla beans, not light like cornstarch or sugar, so it will blend in easily with dark ingredients such as chocolate. Madagascar vanilla beans yields a strong vanilla flavor.

How to store vanilla pods? 
Just like other vanilla products, store vanilla bean in an airtight (preferably glass) container, and keep in a cool, dry, dark place. Avoid extreme temperatures, and moist, humid, warm places. Do not freeze or refrigerate vanilla,
